Very good Megamotors agency, good facilities and good service, points to improve is the waiting time between, but from there on out its facilities are comfortable, it has a comfortable waiting room, its location is very good since they are in the most important avenue in the city, Ave. Hidalgo, in practically the Golden zone, with the greatest commercial boom.

Very bad experience just to give the quote for a claim 19 days and counting. I don't want to think about how long it will take to repair the unit. Qualitas should take into account the quality of care provided by the workshops that provide and serve their clients.

I know how to drive perfectly, I work for Chrysler and currently my husband. Fortunately agencies with good customer service. Customers who don't know how to handle things make them think that you are doing them a favor, and you really have a responsibility to treat customers well...we don't buy an item for $5 pesos.
